Strategic Question

How might we transform sales reps from “order takers” to strategic business development representatives?


We began by conducting a series of user interviews to understand the pain points sales reps encountered in their work days.

From there, we faciliated an outcomes workshop with Anheuser-Busch stakeholders to understand their business objectives, created design concepts, and validated the designs with user testing.
